This app reminded me of a bad HyperCard stack from around 1987. Wikipedia has much better information, and it is free.
Although some may consider such criticisms to be minor, I found many spelling errors and missing accents. Occasionally, the errors that this author has made cause genuine problems in meaning and translation.
For example, the "sacral spine" is translated as "espina sacral" which actually means "religious thorn."
The word for sacrum in Spanish is sacro, and in adjectival form you may say sacra. To be clear that you are talking about the spine, and not a thorn, say
la espina dorsal sacra
I doubt any of the machine translation programs will know how to get this one right, which is why human beings need to continue learning languages.
Enough splitting hairs about language. The artwork is poor and information is elementary. Read a good book instead.
